The most rewarding part of coaching with Julie was the breaking down of complex and incredibly confusing situations into simple frameworks for understanding and response, and to understand why I was reacting rather than effectively responding. Knowing how to positively and pro-actively respond to such situations in the future as a leader is invaluable.
